Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Operations Supervisor to join our growing coffee shop business and oversee the operations of multiple branches.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that each outlet operates efficiently, delivers outstanding customer experiences, and maintains the highest standards of service and quality. You will work closely with branch teams to improve performance, support daily operations, and contribute to the continued growth of the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple coffee shop branches.
- Ensure all outlets consistently provide excellent customer service and maintain company standards.
- Monitor branch performance, sales, and operational efficiency.
- Support and guide branch teams to achieve performance goals and maintain a positive working environment.
- Conduct regular branch visits to ensure smooth operations and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist with staff scheduling, workforce planning, and team development.
- Train and mentor employees to enhance service quality and operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and company policies.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure the timely availability of products and supplies.
- Address customer concerns professionally and implement solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
- Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations to improve productivity and business performance.
- Work closely with management on business initiatives, operational improvements, and future expansion plans.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in an Operations Supervisor, Area Supervisor, or similar role within the Food and Beverage industry.
- Experience managing multiple coffee shop branches or restaurant outlets is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- A proactive approach and a strong commitment to operational excellence.
- Bilingual skills in Arabic and English will be considered a significant advantage.
