Job Description
We’re currently looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor who can confidently manage daily operations, support team performance, and create a positive experience for every customer.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of the operation—making sure everything is running efficiently while keeping your team motivated and focused. From handling day-to-day activities to solving challenges on the spot, your leadership will directly impact both team performance and customer satisfaction.
This position is ideal for someone with experience in hospitality, retail, or entertainment environments who enjoys working in a fast-paced setting.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily operations across different departments to keep everything running smoothly
- Leading and supporting a team of 30–50 staff including cashiers, operators, hosts, cleaners, and technicians
- Planning shifts, managing attendance, and ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time
- Guiding, coaching, and motivating your team to maintain high service standards
- Handling customer queries and resolving complaints in a calm and professional manner
- Keeping an eye on daily sales and encouraging upselling to improve performance
- Managing POS systems, cash handling, and daily reconciliations with accuracy
- Preparing simple daily and weekly reports for management
- Working closely with maintenance teams to ensure all equipment is functioning properly
- Making sure all company policies, hygiene standards, and safety procedures are followed at all times
What We’re Looking For
- A degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- Around 4–6 years of experience in operations, preferably in hospitality or retail jobs
- Experience managing large teams in busy, customer-focused environments
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and support a diverse team
- Confidence in handling customer concerns and delivering great service
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling processes
- Ability to stay organized, multitask, and perform well under pressure
- Native Arabic speaker with good English communication skills
