What You’ll Do
As our Production Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our factory operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and overseeing daily factory operations, including production lines and CNC machinery.
- Planning and organizing production schedules to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.
- Coordinating with design, engineering, procurement, and project teams to keep production aligned with project requirements.
- Monitoring productivity and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and optimize workflows.
- Maintaining strict quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
- Reducing material waste and implementing best practices to improve operational performance.
- Reading and interpreting technical and shop drawings and translating them into practical production plans.
- Leading, mentoring, and motivating production teams to achieve targets while maintaining a safe and collaborative working environment.
- Solving production challenges quickly and effectively to keep projects moving forward.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will bring both technical expertise and strong leadership skills. We are looking for someone who has:
- At least 5 years of experience in furniture manufacturing, woodworking, joinery production, or factory management.
- A strong understanding of wood materials, veneers, high-end finishes, and furniture production processes.
- Hands-on experience with CNC machinery and manufacturing equipment.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time-management abilities.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive mindset with exceptional problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Current residence in Riyadh or the ability to relocate immediately to Saudi Arabia.
