We’re looking for a hands-on and reliable Production & Operations Engineer to join our team and support day-to-day production and project activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being involved on the ground, coordinating with different teams, and making sure factory and project operations run smoothly.

About the Role
As a Production & Operations Engineer, you’ll work closely with the operations team to manage daily production activities, support project requirements, and coordinate between the factory, site, and installation teams. Your role will be key in keeping workflows efficient and projects on track.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily production activities to meet quality, schedule, and output targets
- Coordinating with site and installation teams to support ongoing projects
- Assisting with production planning and managing workflows
- Working closely with procurement and logistics teams to ensure materials are available when needed
- Supporting the Technical Office whenever required
- Identifying production issues and applying practical, effective solutions
- Making sure all activities follow quality, safety, and project requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in production or manufacturing
- Experience in factory-based or project-driven production environments
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Experience
- Background in construction-related manufacturing
- Experience coordinating with site installation teams
