Job Description
We are currently looking for a reliable, friendly, and customer-focused Cashier to join our growing team. If you have experience in handling payments, assisting customers, and working in a retail or customer service environment, we would love to hear from you.
The ideal candidate should be confident in managing cash transactions, operating POS systems, and providing excellent customer service while maintaining accuracy and professionalism throughout daily operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle cash, card, and online payments accurately
- Operate cash registers and POS systems efficiently
- Issue invoices and receipts for customer transactions
- Maintain proper cash balance and daily transaction records
- Assist customers with billing inquiries and payment issues
- Ensure smooth and professional checkout operations
- Prepare daily sales and cash reports for management
- Keep the cashier area clean, organized, and well-maintained
- Coordinate with team members to provide excellent customer service
- Follow company policies and financial procedures at all times
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or any related field
- Previous experience as a Cashier or in a customer service role is preferred
- Good knowledge of billing systems and cash handling procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Basic computer knowledge including MS Office and email communication
- Fluency in Arabic, Urdu, and English is required
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and team spirit
