Full-Time QC Piping Engineer Vacancy in Saudi Arabia | Royal Commission Approved Candidates
Job Description
We’re on the lookout for a skilled and experienced QC Piping Engineer to join our team for long-term projects in Saudi Arabia. If you’ve worked on Royal Commission projects and have a solid background in piping quality control and welding inspection, this could be a great fit for you.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for making sure all piping work on-site meets the required standards, project specifications, and quality expectations. You’ll be closely involved in inspections, documentation, and coordination with teams to ensure everything runs smoothly and meets compliance.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Carrying out piping inspections based on approved plans and procedures
Handling welding inspections, including fit-up checks and final visual inspections
Coordinating NDT activities (RT, UT, MT, PT) and reviewing reports
Making sure all work aligns with ASME standards and Royal Commission requirements
Reviewing WPS, PQR, and welder qualifications
Preparing and maintaining inspection reports and quality documents
Monitoring site activities and addressing any quality issues
Raising NCRs when needed and following up on corrective actions
Working closely with clients, consultants, and third-party inspectors
What We’re Looking For:
Hands-on experience as a QC Piping Engineer in Saudi Arabia
Must have worked on Royal Commission projects (Jubail or Yanbu)
Prior approval as a QC Welding Inspector in Royal Commission projects is essential
Good understanding of piping QA/QC, welding processes, and NDT methods
Familiar with international standards like ASME, API, and ISO
Open to long-term assignments on a rental basis
Ready for interviews anytime (online or in person)
Currently based in Dammam, Jubail, or Al Khobar is preferred
Preferred Background:
Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
Certification in Welding Inspection (CSWIP / AWS / BGAS or similar)
Experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, or EPC projects
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural project environment
