We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor – Front of House (FOH) to join our team in Khobar and Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day front-of-house operations, leading the service team, and ensuring that every guest receives outstanding service. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily front-of-house restaurant operations
- Lead, train, and support the service team to maintain high standards
- Ensure guests receive friendly, efficient, and professional service
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Coordinate with kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor cleanliness, presentation, and adherence to company standards
- Assist with staff scheduling, performance monitoring, and operational reporting
- Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Front of House (FOH) supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Professional appearance and a customer-focused attitude
- Good organizational and team management skills
- Preferred nationality: Indian or Filipino
