Job Description
We’re looking for a responsible and experienced Safety Manager to join our team on a rental basis. If you’re someone who truly cares about workplace safety and enjoys being actively involved on site, this could be a great opportunity for you.
In this role, you’ll help create a safe and positive working environment by guiding site teams, monitoring safety practices, and making sure all procedures are followed correctly every day.
About the Role
As our Safety Manager, you’ll be in charge of day-to-day safety operations on site. You’ll conduct regular safety inspections, identify potential risks, lead toolbox talks, and ensure everyone understands and follows safety rules.
You’ll also prepare safety reports, maintain proper documentation, and work closely with management to build a strong safety culture. This position is perfect for someone who is proactive, reliable, and comfortable working directly with site teams.
Your Responsibilities
- Oversee daily safety activities on site
- Carry out safety inspections and risk assessments
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings
- Report hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken
