We are currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Senior Planning Engineer to join our growing team. We are searching for a professional who has strong hands-on experience in construction planning, scheduling, project controls, delay analysis, and Extension of Time (EOT) claims preparation.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- 10 to 12 years of practical experience in project planning and scheduling
- Strong experience in construction and contracting projects
- Proven expertise in Extension of Time (EOT) preparation and claims submission
- Advanced working knowledge of Primavera P6
- Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple project activities
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6
- Monitor project progress and identify delays or risks
- Analyse delays and prepare EOT claims with proper documentation
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, consultants, and clients
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, look-ahead schedules, and recovery plans
- Track project milestones and ensure timely project execution
- Support project teams with planning updates and scheduling activities
- Ensure all planning activities comply with contractual requirements and project deadlines
