Job Description
We’re looking for a responsible and experienced Safety Officer to join our team on Saudi Aramco projects. If you’re someone who is confident on site, understands Aramco safety standards, and truly believes that safety comes first, this role could be a great fit for you.
About the Role
As a Safety Officer, you’ll be on the front line of site safety, making sure all activities are carried out in line with Saudi Aramco HSE requirements. You’ll work closely with supervisors, engineers, workers, and Aramco representatives to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Apply and enforce Saudi Aramco HSE policies and procedures on site
- Carry out daily safety inspections and address unsafe acts or conditions
- Ensure proper implementation of WPS, JSA, and risk assessments
- Make sure all workers use the correct PPE at all times
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and HSE training sessions
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents, and prepare clear reports with corrective actions
- Coordinate with site teams and Aramco representatives on safety-related matters
- Maintain all required HSE records and documentation as per Aramco standards
- Ensure compliance with environmental, fire prevention, and emergency response requirements
- Stop unsafe work when necessary and report immediately to management and Aramco
- Take part in safety audits, inspections, and emergency drills
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (Safety, Engineering, or a related field preferred)
- 3–5 years of Safety Officer experience on Saudi Aramco projects
- Strong working knowledge of the Saudi Aramco Construction Safety Manual (CSM)
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Required Certifications & Documents
Mandatory Certifications
- Saudi Aramco Safety Officer approval
- NEBOSH IGC or equivalent (OSHA / IOSH as accepted by Aramco)
- First Aid & CPR certification
- Fire Fighting training certificate
Site & Aramco Requirements
- Saudi Aramco CSM awareness
- H2S awareness (if applicable)
- Confined space entry training
- Work at height training
- Defensive driving certificate (if site driving is required)
Personal Documents
- Valid Iqama (KSA)
- Valid passport copy
- Medical fitness certificate
- Updated CV
- Experience certificates from previous Aramco or major projects

- Job Safety Analysis (JSA)
- Risk assessment reports
- Incident and accident reports
- Daily safety inspection checklists
- Toolbox talk and training records
- PPE inspection logs
- Emergency response plans
