Job Description
We’re currently searching for a responsible and experienced Safety Supervisor to join our site team on industrial and power projects. This role is perfect for someone who truly cares about workplace safety and enjoys being present on site, guiding workers, and making sure everyone follows safety rules so they return home safely every day.

About the Role
As a Safety Supervisor, you’ll be the key person responsible for day-to-day safety on site. Your work will include preparing safety documents, carrying out inspections, leading toolbox talks, and ensuring all activities are done according to approved safety procedures.
You’ll closely supervise critical operations such as working at height, hot work, and confined space entry, making sure proper permits and controls are always in place. You’ll also investigate any incidents or near misses and help put preventive measures in place to avoid future problems.
This role needs someone who is proactive, approachable, and firm when it comes to enforcing safety standards.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing and maintaining HSE documents, reports, permits, and site records
- Creating and reviewing Risk Assessments and Job Safety Analyses (JSA)
- Conducting daily toolbox talks, site inspections, and safety audits
- Making sure all workers follow safety rules and procedures
- Supervising high-risk tasks such as Working at Height, Hot Work, and Confined Space Entry
- Managing permit-to-work systems and verifying safety controls
- Ensuring compliance with industrial standards and client requirements
- Investigating incidents and near misses, and implementing corrective actions
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience working as a Safety Supervisor (industrial or power project experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of safety documentation, RA/JSA preparation, and permit systems
- Hands-on experience managing high-risk site activities
- Good understanding of industrial safety standards and protocols
- Clear communication skills and confidence in enforcing site rules
- Comfortable working in busy site environments
