Job Description
We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Sales & Marketing Executive to become part of our growing team in the UAE. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who are passionate about sales, confident in dealing with clients, and capable of bringing new business opportunities to the company.
The role involves working closely with clients from Construction, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Trading, Manpower Supply, and Safety Materials sectors. Candidates with strong market knowledge and professional communication skills will be highly preferred.
What We Are Looking For
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing or Business Development
• Experience in Construction, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Trading, or Manpower Supply sectors
• Strong ability to find new clients and build long-term business relationships
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Confidence in handling meetings and client discussions professionally
• Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently
• Age between 25 – 35 years
• UAE driving license will be an added advantage
Main Responsibilities
• Develop new business opportunities across different industries
• Meet clients, conduct site visits, and build professional connections
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and direct meetings
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution
• Attend meetings with clients along with the technical team when required
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
• Follow up on quotations, inquiries, and project updates
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales goals
• Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities
