Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and energetic Sales & Marketing Supervisor to join our team. If you have experience in freight forwarding, cargo services, shipping, transportation, or supply chain solutions and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Your Role
As part of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for expanding our customer network and promoting our logistics solutions across Saudi Arabia. You will work closely with clients, understand their shipping needs, and provide the best freight and transportation solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop new business opportunities for Air Freight, Sea Freight, and Land Transportation services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Visit customers and conduct outdoor sales and marketing activities
- Prepare quotations and negotiate freight rates professionally
- Promote freight forwarding, customs clearance, warehousing, and logistics services
- Work closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth shipment handling
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth
- Stay updated with market trends and identify new business opportunities in the logistics industry
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales
- Good knowledge of the Saudi logistics and transportation market
- Experience in FCL, LCL, Air Freight, Sea Freight, Customs Clearance, and Transport services
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships
- Existing customer network is a plus
- Arabic and English speaking candidates are preferred
- Valid Saudi driving license is an advantage
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented personality
