Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team and help drive the growth of our solar business across Saudi Arabia.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in one of the fastest-growing industries in the Kingdom, where you will play a key role in developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering innovative solar energy solutions to customers.
What You’ll Do:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the solar and renewable energy market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders
- Promote and sell solar PV systems and renewable energy solutions to commercial and industrial customers
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product demonstrations
- Work closely with engineering and project teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer requirements
- Negotiate contracts and contribute to achieving company sales targets
- Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities
- Provide excellent customer support throughout the sales and project lifecycle
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the solar industry
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management
- Strong understanding of solar PV systems, renewable energy technologies, and electrical systems
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
- Willingness to travel and work across different regions of Saudi Arabia
