Full-Time Sales Manager Job in Bahrain | Exhibition and B2B Event Sales | High Commission + Visa Sponsorship

Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Sales Manager to drive exhibition stand sales, sponsorship sales, and corporate partnerships for leading trade shows and business events in Bahrain and across the GCC.

This role is perfect for someone who understands the value of face-to-face marketing, knows how to pitch premium booth spaces, and can turn conversations into signed contracts.

About the Role

As a Sales Manager, you will take full ownership of revenue generation for exhibitions and B2B events. Your main goal will be to secure exhibitors, sponsors, and strategic partners while ensuring each event achieves strong commercial success.

You will manage everything from prospecting new clients to negotiating contracts and closing deals. Building long-term relationships will be just as important as hitting monthly and annual sales targets.

This is a results-driven position where your performance directly influences your earnings and career growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential exhibitors, sponsors, and corporate partners
  • Sell exhibition stands, sponsorship packages, and premium branding opportunities
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets on a quarterly and annual basis
  • Manage the full sales process from lead generation to closing contracts
  • Prepare customized proposals tailored to client marketing objectives
  • Negotiate pricing, sponsorship benefits, and commercial terms
  • Maintain a strong and active sales pipeline
  • Build lasting relationships with decision-makers and repeat clients
  • Work closely with event organizers on floor plans and exhibitor requirements
  • Provide sales reports and revenue forecasts to management
  • Offer on-site support during exhibitions when required

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in exhibition sales, stand sales, sponsorship sales, or B2B event sales
  • Proven track record of closing high-value corporate deals
  • Strong business network in Bahrain, GCC, or the Middle East
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Confident presenter with strong client-facing abilities
  • Target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently
  • Experience using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines
