Job Description
We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Salesman to join a busy nuts and sweets shop in Bahrain. If you enjoy talking to customers, helping them choose products, and keeping things running smoothly on the shop floor, this could be a great fit for you.
This role suits someone who can take responsibility, work independently, and create a welcoming experience for every customer who walks in.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Greet customers and help them choose from a variety of nuts, dry fruits, and sweets
- Explain products clearly and suggest items based on customer preferences
- Keep the shop clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Assist with billing and basic cash handling when needed
- Make sure products are well stocked and displayed properly
- Pack items neatly and maintain hygiene standards
- Handle customer questions or concerns in a polite and professional way
- Manage your daily responsibilities confidently without constant supervision
What We’re Looking For
- Candidates from Kerala are preferred
- Basic Arabic speaking skills are required
- Good attitude and strong customer handling skills
- Up to 2 years of experience in Bahrain as a salesman or similar role
- Basic computer knowledge (billing or POS systems)
- Age between 22 and 35 years
- Someone responsible, active, and comfortable working in a retail environment
Extra Advantage
- Experience in supermarkets, bakeries, or sweets shops
- Ability to suggest and promote products to increase sales
- A positive personality and willingness to learn
