Job Description
We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Scaffolding Salesman to help grow our business across the GCC region. If you know the scaffolding or construction services market well, have strong client relationships, and enjoy closing deals, this could be the right opportunity for you.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll be responsible for selling scaffolding systems and services, building long-term relationships with contractors and industrial clients, and identifying new project opportunities. You’ll work closely with our technical and operations teams to make sure client needs are understood and delivered correctly.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Promoting and selling scaffolding systems and services across GCC countries
- Building and maintaining relationships with contractors, builders, and industrial clients
- Finding new project opportunities and preparing quotations and proposals
- Working towards and achieving sales targets
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Keeping an eye on market trends, competitors, and pricing
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in scaffolding sales within the GCC
- Good knowledge of scaffolding systems, access solutions, or construction services
- Valid GCC driving license
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and stay focused on targets
- Good English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
