We’re urgently looking for an experienced Scaffolding Supervisor to join a long-term project in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. This role is perfect for someone who has strong hands-on scaffolding experience in KSA and is confident leading site teams while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

About the Role
As our Scaffolding Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all daily scaffolding activities on site. From erection to dismantling, you’ll make sure everything is done safely, correctly, and on schedule.
You’ll lead scaffolding crews, coordinate with engineers and site supervisors, and ensure all work follows safety regulations and project requirements. This role needs someone practical, organized, and comfortable working in fast-paced site environments.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Supervising scaffolding erection, modification, and dismantling works
• Managing scaffolding teams and daily manpower
• Making sure all activities follow site HSE rules and safety standards
• Inspecting scaffolding structures regularly for stability and compliance
• Coordinating with project engineers, supervisors, and safety teams
• Planning daily tasks and monitoring site progress
• Conducting toolbox talks and safety briefings when required
• Solving on-site issues and keeping work moving smoothly
• Ensuring proper use and storage of scaffolding materials and tools
• Maintaining basic site reports and activity records
• Keeping the work area safe, organized, and productive
What We’re Looking For
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Saudi Arabia (mandatory)
• Proven experience working as a Scaffolding Supervisor
• Good knowledge of scaffolding systems and safety practices
• Ability to lead teams and manage site activities independently
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Physically fit and comfortable working on active construction or industrial sites
• Ready to commit to a long-term project
