Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Warehouse Supervisor with a strong background in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, and supply chain coordination to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in a 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) warehouse environment in the Middle East and a proven ability to lead teams, improve operational efficiency, and maintain high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of daily warehouse activities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising day-to-day warehouse operations and ensuring high levels of productivity and service quality.
- Managing inventory accuracy, stock control, receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
- Coordinating transportation and distribution operations to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
- Preparing and monitoring warehouse service billing and customer invoices.
- Supporting procurement activities and coordinating with suppliers and service providers.
- Overseeing warehouse facilities, equipment maintenance, and housekeeping standards.
- Ensuring compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) standards and company policies.
- Assisting with administrative and HR-related activities within the warehouse.
- Participating in warehouse setup projects and implementing process improvement initiatives.
- Monitoring operational expenses and contributing to cost control and budgeting activities.
- Leading, training, and motivating warehouse personnel while fostering a safe and productive work environment.
- Preparing reports and maintaining accurate operational records for management review.
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, optimise resources, and enhance overall warehouse performance.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in warehouse and logistics operations, preferably within a 3PL warehouse environment in the Middle East.
