Job Responsibilities
- Manage the Chairman’s daily calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules
- Coordinate local and international travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and itineraries
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, business correspondence, and confidential documents
- Act as the main point of communication between the Chairman and internal departments, clients, and external partners
- Follow up on important tasks, approvals, and executive action points to ensure smooth operations
- Organize board meetings, management meetings, and executive communications professionally
- Maintain confidential files, company records, and important documentation in an organized manner
- Support day-to-day executive office activities and assist with special assignments when required
- Handle sensitive information with professionalism, accuracy, and discretion
- Ensure smooth coordination within the executive office and maintain a productive workflow
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Executive Secretary, Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Arabic language skills will be considered an added advantage
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities under pressure
- Professional attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and attention to detail
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
