About the Role:
In this position, you’ll be involved in every stage of the project—from reviewing designs to overseeing site execution and final delivery. You’ll work closely with different teams to make sure everything runs smoothly, safely, and on schedule.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Taking full responsibility for managing civil construction projects
- Reviewing drawings, plans, and technical details before execution
- Supervising site work and ensuring quality standards are maintained
- Coordinating with contractors, consultants, and internal teams
- Keeping track of timelines, budgets, and daily progress
- Making sure all work follows safety rules and regulations
- Preparing reports and updating stakeholders on project status
- Handling on-site issues and providing practical engineering solutions
What We’re Looking For:
- A degree in Civil Engineering
- Around 5–10 years of hands-on experience in construction projects
- Strong understanding of structural work, materials, and site execution
- Experience with tools like AutoCAD, MS Project, or Primavera is a plus
- Good leadership skills and the ability to manage teams on-site
- Someone who can stay organized, meet deadlines, and handle pressure
- Clear communication and problem-solving abilities
