About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing marketing activities that support brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth.
You will work closely with management to understand business objectives and transform them into effective marketing strategies that deliver measurable results. This role requires a strong understanding of market trends, customer behavior, digital marketing, branding, and business development.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that support the company’s vision and growth objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to increase brand visibility and market share.
- Create annual marketing plans, budgets, and campaign calendars.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
Digital Marketing & Brand Growth
- Manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, email marketing, and online advertising platforms.
- Support SEO and content marketing initiatives to improve online visibility and website traffic.
- Oversee company branding across all communication channels and marketing materials.
- Create engaging campaigns that strengthen customer relationships and generate quality leads.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Market Research & Customer Engagement
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and purchasing behaviour.
- Analyse campaign performance and customer feedback to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Develop strategies to enhance customer experience and brand loyalty.
- Stay informed about emerging marketing trends and industry best practices.
Team Collaboration & Leadership
- Work closely with sales, business development, and management teams to achieve common goals.
- Coordinate with external agencies, suppliers, and marketing partners when required.
- Lead marketing projects from concept to execution while ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
- Encourage creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement within marketing activities.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, Business Development, Digital Marketing, or a similar role.
Skills & Experience
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media marketing, branding, and customer engagement strategies.
- Experience managing marketing campaigns and business growth initiatives.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- A proactive, creative, and results-oriented approach to work.
