Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Salesperson to join our showroom team at our Ma’amed Showroom and Head Office in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
As part of a trusted company within the Behzad Group since 1973, you will have the opportunity to work with premium finishing materials that are used in residential, commercial, hospitality, and luxury construction projects across Bahrain and the GCC.
This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about sales, enjoy interacting with customers, and are eager to grow their careers within a well-established and respected organization.
About the Role
As a Salesperson, you will be one of the first people customers meet when they visit our showroom. Your role will be to understand their requirements, guide them through our product range, answer their questions, and help them make informed purchasing decisions.
From homeowners planning renovations to contractors and designers working on large-scale developments, you will play an important role in helping customers choose the right products while providing an exceptional showroom experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide a warm, professional showroom experience.
- Listen carefully to customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Assist customers in selecting tiles, marble, flooring solutions, surface coverings, and other finishing materials.
- Explain product features, specifications, benefits, and available options.
- Prepare and coordinate quotations with the sales support team.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations and product inquiries.
- Build strong relationships with customers and maintain excellent customer service standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure orders are processed smoothly and efficiently.
- Ensure showroom displays are well-organized, attractive, and up to date.
- Stay informed about new products, design trends, and industry developments.
- Contribute to achieving showroom sales targets and business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in showroom sales, retail sales, customer service, or construction materials sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A professional and positive attitude.
- Confidence in dealing with customers from different backgrounds.
- A customer-focused mindset with a passion for sales.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Good command of English. Knowledge of Arabic will be an added advantage.
Experience with products such as tiles, marble, flooring, sanitary ware, kitchen products, or interior finishing materials will be beneficial but is not essential for candidates who are willing to learn.
