We’re currently looking for an experienced Steel Factory Manager to take the lead in our steel fabrication and manufacturing facility. This role is perfect for someone who understands factory operations inside and out, enjoys leading production teams, and knows how to deliver high-quality steel products on time.

About the Role
As our Steel Factory Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall performance of the factory. From planning daily production and supervising teams to maintaining quality standards and improving efficiency, you’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly.
You’ll oversee the full fabrication process, including material handling, cutting, welding, assembly, and final delivery. You’ll also work closely with engineering, procurement, and project teams to make sure production schedules match project needs.
This is a hands-on leadership position where your experience will directly shape productivity, quality, and team performance.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Managing day-to-day operations of the steel fabrication factory
• Planning production schedules and ensuring deadlines are met
• Leading supervisors, welders, fabricators, technicians, and factory staff
• Making sure quality standards are followed at every stage of fabrication
• Monitoring machines and equipment and arranging preventive maintenance
• Finding ways to improve efficiency and reduce downtime
• Enforcing safety procedures and maintaining a safe working environment
• Coordinating with procurement for raw materials and consumables
• Reviewing fabrication and shop drawings before production
• Tracking production progress and preparing performance reports
• Supporting cost control and resource planning
• Coaching team members and helping develop factory staff
What We’re Looking For
• 10–15 years of experience in steel fabrication or factory management
• Strong knowledge of structural steel production and welding processes
• Proven ability to manage factory operations and large production teams
• Good understanding of quality control and workplace safety standards
• Experience meeting production targets and managing factory KPIs
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills
• Clear communication and organized working style
