Full-Time Student Admission Counsellor Job | Enrolment and Counselling Opportunity
Job Description
We’re looking for a friendly, confident, and motivated Admission Counsellor to join our team. If you enjoy talking to people, understanding their goals, and helping them make the right decisions about their future, this role could be a great fit for you.
As an Admission Counsellor, you’ll be the first point of contact for students. You’ll guide them through course options, answer their questions, and support them all the way from their first inquiry to final enrolment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Connect with students through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and online meetings
- Understand their interests, goals, and suggest the right courses or programs
- Guide students step-by-step through the admission and enrolment process
- Keep track of conversations, follow-ups, and progress using simple systems or CRM tools
- Reach out to new leads through calls, referrals, and campaigns
- Follow up regularly to build trust and help students make decisions
- Work towards achieving monthly admission and enrolment targets
- Answer questions clearly about courses, fees, and career opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission experience
- Help students with documentation and onboarding steps
What We’re Looking For
- Some experience in admissions, counselling, or inside sales is preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect easily with people
- Confidence in handling calls and guiding students
- A positive attitude and a goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups efficiently
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools or sales tracking is a plus
