We are currently looking for a talented Traffic Engineer to join ongoing road, transportation, and infrastructure projects across Qatar.

About the Role
As a Traffic Engineer, you will play an important role in supporting major infrastructure and road projects by helping improve traffic flow, road safety, and transportation efficiency. You will work closely with engineers, consultants, contractors, and project teams to develop effective traffic management solutions for ongoing developments in Qatar.
The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, practical project experience, and the ability to manage traffic-related challenges in a fast-paced construction and infrastructure environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Prepare and implement traffic management plans for infrastructure and road projects
- Conduct traffic studies and traffic impact assessments
- Monitor traffic flow and recommend solutions to reduce congestion
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and local authorities
- Review road layouts, diversions, signage, and traffic control systems
- Ensure all traffic operations follow Qatar regulations and safety standards
- Support road safety improvements and transportation planning activities
- Prepare technical reports, project documentation, and site updates
- Participate in site inspections and project coordination meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Traffic Engineering, or Transportation Engineering
- Previous experience in traffic engineering or transportation projects
- GCC or Qatar project experience will be an added advantage
- Good understanding of road safety standards and traffic management systems
- Familiarity with infrastructure and highway projects preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
