Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Warehouse Assistant to become part of our growing FMCG team. If you have experience working in a warehouse environment and enjoy being part of a fast-moving operation, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
In this role, you will help ensure that products are received, stored, organized, and dispatched efficiently. You will play an important part in maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting daily warehouse activities, and ensuring products are handled safely and professionally.
We are seeking a reliable individual with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and previous experience in FMCG warehouse operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Receiving and checking incoming deliveries to ensure quantities and products match delivery documents.
- Loading, unloading, sorting, and arranging products in designated storage areas.
- Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch.
- Assisting with inventory management and maintaining accurate stock records.
- Performing regular stock checks and supporting inventory audits.
- Reporting damaged, missing, or expired items to the warehouse supervisor.
- Ensuring products are stored correctly and safely.
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Supporting daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Working closely with team members to meet operational targets and deadlines.
Requirements
- Young, energetic, and physically fit candidates.
- Previous experience in an FMCG warehouse environment is essential.
- Minimum school-level education.
- At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse helper, warehouse assistant, or similar role.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Team-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
