About the Role
As Restaurant Manager, you will be the driving force behind the restaurant’s daily operations. From ensuring flawless service during busy evenings to motivating your team and maintaining high standards, your leadership will shape the overall guest experience.
You will work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to maintain smooth coordination, uphold service excellence, and ensure the restaurant consistently reflects the standards expected in a luxury 5-star environment.
This role requires someone who leads from the front — present on the floor, attentive to guests, and supportive of the team.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Overseeing all daily restaurant and bar operations
- Ensuring guests receive exceptional service from arrival to departure
- Leading, mentoring, and motivating front-of-house staff
- Managing staff schedules, training, and performance
- Handling guest feedback professionally and resolving concerns effectively
- Monitoring service quality, presentation, and overall dining atmosphere
- Coordinating closely with chefs and bar managers for seamless operations
- Managing inventory, ordering, and cost control
- Driving revenue through smart upselling and guest engagement
- Ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in the UAE, ideally within fine dining or luxury hospitality
- Experience working in a 5-star hotel or high-end standalone restaurant
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage teams
- Excellent communication and guest service abilities
- Solid understanding of F&B operations, bar service, and cost management
- Ability to remain calm and professional during high-pressure service hours
- Financial awareness, including budgeting and cost control
