We are currently looking for a talented and experienced Sales & Operations Executive to become part of our team in the UAE. We are searching for someone who understands the interior fit-out and carpentry industry, enjoys building strong client relationships, and can confidently coordinate projects from start to finish.
This position is perfect for candidates who have hands-on experience in carpentry, joinery, custom furniture, wood manufacturing, or interior contracting and are looking to take the next step in their career. The role combines both sales and operational responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who can communicate professionally with clients while also working closely with factory and installation teams to ensure projects are completed smoothly.
As a Sales & Operations Executive, you will be responsible for meeting clients, understanding their requirements, preparing project discussions, coordinating with production teams, and helping the company grow through successful business development. You should be confident in handling clients independently and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to discuss interior fit-out, carpentry, and joinery project requirements
- Build strong relationships with customers and generate new business opportunities
- Present company services professionally and support the sales process from enquiry to project confirmation
- Coordinate with factory, production, and installation teams to ensure projects are delivered on time
- Follow up on ongoing projects and maintain smooth communication between clients and operations teams
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution
- Ensure work quality, finishing standards, and customer expectations are properly maintained
- Handle project updates, site coordination, and client feedback professionally
- Support the company in achieving sales targets and business growth
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the carpentry, joinery, interior fit-out, or wood industry
- Good communication and client-handling skills
- Strong understanding of wood materials, carpentry techniques, finishes, and interior fit-out processes
- Ability to work independently and manage both sales and operational coordination
- Experience in furniture manufacturing, custom joinery, or fit-out projects will be an added advantage
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- UAE experience is preferred
