Job Description
We are currently hiring an experienced and responsible Accountant to join our team. This is a great opportunity for candidates who are looking to build a stable and long-term career in accounting and finance.
The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting procedures, financial documentation, bookkeeping, and daily account management. Strong experience in Tally ERP or Tally Prime is mandatory for this position.
Key Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime Software
• Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting
• Ability to handle accounts payable and receivable
• Good understanding of invoices, payment entries, and expense tracking
• Basic knowledge of VAT procedures and financial documentation
• Proficiency in MS Excel and office applications
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines efficiently
• Previous UAE or GCC accounting experience will be an advantage
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping activities
• Maintain accurate financial records and ledger entries
• Prepare invoices, quotations, payment vouchers, and reports
• Handle supplier payments and customer account follow-ups
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor company expenses
• Maintain proper accounting files and documentation
• Support the finance team with monthly reporting and account management
