Job Description
We are currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. If you have strong accounting knowledge, experience with Odoo and Tally, and enjoy working in a professional environment, this could be the perfect role for you.
We are searching for someone who can confidently handle day-to-day accounting tasks, maintain accurate financial records, and support the company’s financial operations with professionalism and accuracy.
What You’ll Be Doing
As an Accountant, you will play an important role in managing the company’s financial activities and ensuring all records are maintained properly. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing daily accounting and bookkeeping activities
- Recording sales, purchases, payments, and expenses
- Preparing invoices, payment vouchers, and financial reports
- Handling accounts payable and receivable
- Performing bank reconciliations and maintaining ledgers
- Assisting with monthly and yearly financial reporting
- Supporting VAT-related documentation and reporting
- Maintaining organized financial records and files
- Preparing reports and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
- Working with Odoo ERP and Tally for accounting operations
- Coordinating with management regarding financial updates and reporting
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a candidate who is responsible, organized, and able to work independently when needed.
Requirements include:
- 3–5 years of accounting experience
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP and Tally
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
