Full-Time Accountant Job Opening with ERP and ODOO Experience

As part of our team, you will be responsible for managing daily financial activities, maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and supporting the smooth operation of the company’s accounting department. We are looking for someone who can work confidently with accounting systems and handle responsibilities independently while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Your Main Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping tasks
- Record financial transactions and maintain proper documentation
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and financial reports
- Handle bank reconciliation and monitor company expenses
- Support payroll and employee financial records
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records
- Assist with monthly and yearly financial reporting
- Ensure all accounting records are updated and organized
- Work with ODOO accounting software for daily operations
- Handle LMRA system and SIO system related tasks
- Support audit and compliance activities when required
- Coordinate with management regarding financial updates and reporting
Requirements:
- Degree and/or Diploma in Accountancy or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience
- Familiarity with ODOO accounting system
- Knowledge of LMRA system and SIO system
- Good understanding of accounting procedures and bookkeeping
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good communication and computer skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in Bahrain or GCC will be an advantage
- Knowledge of ERP systems and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
