Full-Time Accountant Opening in Saudi Arabia | Financial Reporting and Tax Compliance
Job Description
We are currently looking for a qualified and experienced Accountant to join our growing team in Saudi Arabia. This opportunity is ideal for finance professionals who are passionate about accounting, financial management, VAT compliance, and maintaining accurate financial records.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, preparing financial reports, handling VAT-related activities, and ensuring compliance with ZATCA regulations and company financial procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping activities
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Monitor company expenses, transactions, and cash flow
• Ensure VAT filing and compliance with ZATCA regulations
• Perform bank reconciliations and ledger management
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and supporting financial documents
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Coordinate with auditors and support audit processes
• Ensure all accounting activities are completed within deadlines and according to company policies
Candidate Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field
• Minimum 4–5 years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, VAT regulations, and ZATCA compliance
• Experience with accounting software and ERP systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Candidates from India are preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous GCC or Saudi Arabia accounting experience
• Experience in financial reporting, auditing, and tax compliance
• Knowledge of payroll processing and expense management
• Familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Tally, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks
