Job Description
We’re currently looking for a reliable and detail-focused Accountant (Payroll) to join our Head Office team. If you have solid experience handling payroll and enjoy working with numbers, accuracy, and structured processes, this could be a great opportunity for you.
In this role, you’ll take care of the entire payroll process, making sure everything runs smoothly, salaries are processed on time, and all records are accurate and compliant.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Handling the full payroll process from start to finish every month
- Calculating salaries, overtime, deductions, and final settlements
- Making sure payroll is accurate and processed on time
- Managing payroll-related compliance, taxes, and regulations
- Keeping payroll records, reports, and employee data up to date
- Coordinating with HR and finance teams for smooth operations
- Preparing reports and supporting audits when needed
- Identifying and fixing any payroll-related issues
What We’re Looking For:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in payroll or accounting roles
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and accounting basics
- Experience using accounting or payroll software
- Good knowledge of compliance and labor-related requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Good communication skills and proficiency in English
Additional Requirements:
- Willing to relocate to Ras Tanura / Eastern Province
- Ready to join immediately
- Saudi Nationals only
