What You’ll Be Doing
- Taking care of day-to-day accounting tasks and financial entries
- Keeping financial records updated and well-organized
- Managing invoices, tracking payments, and following up on dues
- Handling accounts payable and receivable
- Processing payroll and monitoring company expenses
- Reconciling bank statements and fixing any mismatches
- Preparing monthly reports to give a clear view of finances
- Supporting budgeting and planning activities
- Making sure everything is in line with financial rules and standards
- Assisting during audits by organizing required documents
What We’re Looking For
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Around 2–5 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Hands-on experience with tools like Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar systems
- Good understanding of financial reporting and basic tax/VAT requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Someone who can stay organized, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Nice to Have (But Not Mandatory)
- Experience with GCC accounting practices or international standards
- Strong Excel skills for reporting and analysis
- Prior experience supporting audits or compliance work
