Full-Time Civil Foreman Jobs | Aramco Construction | Urgent Hiring
Job Description
We’re currently looking for an experienced and reliable Civil Foreman to join our team immediately. If you have solid hands-on experience in Aramco projects and enjoy leading teams on-site, this could be a great opportunity for you.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of site operations—guiding workers, coordinating daily activities, and making sure everything runs smoothly, safely, and according to plan.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee daily civil construction work on-site
- Lead and manage workers and subcontractors, ensuring tasks are completed on time
- Make sure all work follows approved drawings, specifications, and Aramco standards
- Plan daily activities and manage manpower and productivity
- Work closely with engineers, QA/QC teams, and safety officers
- Maintain strict safety standards (HSE) across all site activities
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks
- Check levels, alignments, and dimensions as per project requirements
- Monitor materials usage and reduce wastage
- Handle site challenges and solve problems quickly
- Keep track of daily progress and reports
- Ensure the site is always safe, clean, and well-organized
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Civil Foreman
- Must have worked on Aramco projects
- Strong knowledge of civil construction work (concrete, structural, excavation, finishing, etc.)
- Ability to read and understand drawings and site plans
- Good leadership and team coordination skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Added Advantage
- Experience in oil & gas or large infrastructure projects
- Familiar with permit-to-work (PTW) systems and site safety procedures
- GCC project experience is a plus
