Job Description
We’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Engineer who knows how to keep things running smoothly—even in tough, high-pressure environments. If you enjoy solving problems, fixing equipment, and making sure operations don’t miss a beat, you’ll fit right in with our team.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of site operations, making sure all machinery and equipment are working efficiently, safely, and reliably every day.
What You’ll Be Working With:
You’ll be handling a wide range of equipment, including:
- Heavy machinery and construction equipment
- Diesel generators
- Welding machines and related tools
Your day-to-day work will involve identifying issues, fixing them quickly, and preventing future breakdowns.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Carrying out regular checks and maintenance to keep equipment in top condition
- Troubleshooting and fixing mechanical or electrical problems on-site
- Responding to breakdowns and getting systems back up and running
- Planning preventive maintenance to avoid unexpected downtime
- Keeping records of repairs, maintenance work, and spare parts used
- Working closely with site teams to ensure smooth operations
- Making sure all work follows safety standards and site guidelines
- Supporting installation and setup of new equipment when needed
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–6 years of experience in Oil & Gas or industrial construction projects
- Strong hands-on experience with heavy equipment, generators, and welding machines
- Good understanding of maintenance practices (preventive & corrective)
- Ability to read technical drawings and manuals
- A practical problem-solver who can stay calm under pressure
- Willingness to work on-site and handle challenging conditions
