Full-Time Production Operator Required in Dammam | Immediate Joining Opportunity
Job Description
We’re currently looking for an experienced Production Operator to join a well-established manufacturing team in Dammam. If you’ve worked in a factory or production environment and enjoy being hands-on with machines and processes, this is a great opportunity to step into a stable, long-term role.

What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll be part of the core production team, helping to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently. Your day-to-day work will include:
- Meeting daily production targets based on assigned manufacturing orders
- Operating machines such as moulding machines, ovens, press machines, and 2-roller mill equipment
- Checking equipment regularly and reporting any issues before they become bigger problems
- Making sure every product meets the required quality standards
- Recording job hours and production data accurately
- Keeping your work area clean, organized, and in line with 5S standards
- Following all safety guidelines and maintaining a safe working environment
- Carrying out tasks like deflating rubber and plastic parts when required
- Assisting with rubber preforming using 2-roller mill machines
- Performing coating work on bonded seals when assigned
- Supporting your supervisor and team with any additional tasks when needed
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, and comfortable working in a production environment. Ideally, you should have:
- At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production role
- Hands-on experience with machinery and production processes
- A good understanding of quality standards and workplace safety
- Willingness to learn and handle different tasks as required
- The ability to work well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and a practical, problem-solving mindset
