Full-Time Project Manager Role Available – Construction Projects
Job Description
We’re on the lookout for an experienced Project Manager who knows the ins and outs of interior fit-out projects, especially within the retail sector. If you enjoy taking ownership of projects, leading teams, and turning plans into beautifully finished spaces, this could be a great fit for you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
In this role, you’ll handle projects from start to finish. That means planning, coordinating, and making sure everything runs smoothly on site. You’ll be working closely with clients, designers, contractors, and your own team to deliver high-quality retail fit-out projects on time and within budget.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Managing complete interior fit-out projects for retail spaces
- Creating project schedules and keeping everything on track
- Coordinating with clients, consultants, and site teams
- Overseeing site work to ensure quality and timely progress
- Handling budgets, materials, and resources efficiently
- Making sure all work meets safety and regulatory standards
- Solving challenges quickly and keeping projects moving forward
- Delivering projects smoothly and ensuring client satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
- Solid experience as a Project Manager in interior fit-out or retail fit-out projects
- Good understanding of site execution, construction processes, MEP, and finishing works
- Confidence in managing teams and communicating with different stakeholders
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising quality
- Familiarity with tools like MS Project, Primavera, or similar is a plus
- A background in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is preferred
Extra Points If You Have:
- Experience working on retail stores, malls, or showroom fit-outs
- Strong coordination skills with subcontractors and suppliers
- Knowledge of local construction standards and approvals
