Job Description
We’re looking for an Assistant Operations Administrator who can handle day-to-day administrative tasks while helping improve overall business operations.
This role is ideal for anyone exploring operations jobs in Bahrain, office administration roles, or looking to grow in a business support career within the GCC.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll be involved in a mix of administrative and operational tasks that keep the business moving efficiently. Your day will include:
- Supporting the operations team and management with daily administrative work
- Keeping company records, files, and databases organized and up to date
- Monitoring ongoing activities and flagging any delays or issues
- Coordinating with different departments to ensure everything flows smoothly
- Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents when needed
- Scheduling meetings, appointments, and internal events
- Keeping track of office supplies, inventory, and operational needs
- Making sure company procedures and compliance requirements are followed
- Managing emails, calls, and internal communication professionally
- Helping improve processes to make operations more efficient
- Maintaining both digital and physical filing systems for easy access
- Communicating with vendors and supporting service coordination
- Handling documentation related to government authorities in Bahrain
- Processing tasks through LMRA and Similar systems
- Ensuring company records are always updated in line with Bahrain regulations
What We’re Looking For
- A degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in operations, administration, or office support roles
- Familiarity with LMRA and Similar systems will be an advantage
- Someone who is organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and people skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Able to work independently while also being a team player
- A problem-solver who can stay calm and focused in a busy environment
