We’re on the lookout for an experienced Production Engineer to join our galvanizing plant team in Riyadh. If you have a strong background in the steel industry, galvanizing operations, or manufacturing environments, this could be a great opportunity to step into a role where your expertise truly makes an impact.

What You’ll Be Doing – Steel & Manufacturing Operations
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of plant operations, making sure everything runs efficiently and meets quality standards.
- Oversee daily activities across the galvanizing plant
- Manage and monitor the hot-dip galvanizing process from start to finish
- Plan production schedules and ensure targets are met without delays
- Keep track of output, prepare reports, and improve overall performance
- Work closely with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams
- Quickly resolve production issues and reduce downtime
- Ensure all work follows safety standards and quality requirements
- Optimize material usage, including zinc consumption and process efficiency
- Support and guide plant workers to maintain productivity and discipline
- Continuously look for ways to improve operations and reduce costs
What We’re Looking For – Production Engineer Hiring
- Proven experience in steel industries (galvanizing, fabrication, coating, or manufacturing)
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred
(Diploma holders with at least 5 years of relevant experience are welcome) - Around 3–7 years of experience in a similar production or plant role
- Strong understanding of galvanizing processes and plant operations
- Ability to manage teams and handle day-to-day production challenges
- Comfortable with production planning, reporting, and coordination
- Good problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Familiar with safety standards, quality systems, and industrial practices
Extra Skills That Will Help You Stand Out
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing or process improvement methods
- Knowledge of maintenance planning and equipment handling
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight production deadlines
- Understanding of cost control and efficient resource usage
- Comfortable working in a diverse, fast-paced industrial environment
