Full-Time Aramco Project Jobs: Scaffolding Supervisor Required in Abqaiq
Job Description
We’re currently looking for an experienced Scaffolding Supervisor (Aramco Approved) to join our team for a project in Abqaiq, Saudi Arabia. If you’ve worked on oil & gas or refinery sites and understand how to manage scaffolding work safely and efficiently, this could be a great opportunity for you.
We’re especially interested in candidates who are ready to join immediately and can confidently handle site responsibilities.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervising scaffolding work including erection, modification, and dismantling
- Making sure all work follows Saudi Aramco safety rules and site procedures
- Checking scaffolding structures and ensuring they are safe to use
- Leading and guiding scaffolding teams on-site
- Conducting toolbox talks and keeping workers informed about safety practices
- Coordinating with engineers, safety officers, and other site teams
- Monitoring materials, manpower, and daily progress
- Keeping records of inspections, permits, and site activities
What We’re Looking For
- Valid Saudi Aramco approval as Scaffolding Supervisor (mandatory)
- Around 5–8 years of experience in scaffolding supervision (oil & gas or refinery preferred)
- Good understanding of scaffolding systems and safety standards
- Ability to read drawings and manage work independently
- Experience handling teams and working under site pressure
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Extra Advantage
- Safety certifications like OSHA or NEBOSH
- Experience with different scaffolding systems (cuplock, tube & fitting, ringlock, etc.)
