Job Description
We’re currently looking for an experienced E&I Inspector (Electrical & Instrumentation) to join a major Aramco oil & gas project in Saudi Arabia. If you’re already Aramco-approved with a valid CBT certificate, this is a strong opportunity to step into a well-structured project and grow your career in the GCC.
This role is best suited for someone who is confident on-site, understands quality standards, and can handle inspection work across electrical and instrumentation systems without constant supervision.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Inspecting electrical systems and instrumentation installations across the site
- Making sure work is carried out as per approved drawings and Aramco standards
- Monitoring cable laying, terminations, panels, and field instruments
- Supporting testing, calibration, loop checking, and commissioning activities
- Coordinating with engineers, QA/QC teams, and subcontractors
- Preparing inspection reports and maintaining proper documentation
- Identifying issues and following up until they are resolved
- Ensuring all work follows safety rules and site procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Aramco Approval (mandatory)
- Valid CBT certificate (mandatory)
- 4–6 years of experience in oil & gas or EPC projects as an E&I Inspector
- Good understanding of electrical systems, instrumentation, and control systems
- Ability to read drawings like P&IDs, loop diagrams, and wiring diagrams
- Previous GCC or Aramco project experience is preferred
Added Advantage
- Experience with testing and commissioning activities
- Knowledge of international standards like IEC, NEC, or ISA
- Familiarity with hazardous area installations (Ex systems)
- Comfortable using testing tools and inspection equipment
