We’re currently looking for a Civil Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Qatar. If you have hands-on GCC experience in civil maintenance and enjoy working on real-world infrastructure and facility projects, this could be a great next step in your career.
This role is ideal for someone who understands how to keep buildings, roads, and structures in top condition while ensuring everything runs safely and efficiently.
About the Role
As a Civil Maintenance Engineer, you’ll be responsible for keeping civil assets well-maintained and fully operational. From routine inspections to handling repairs and coordinating with teams, your work will directly impact the reliability and safety of the facilities you manage.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing day-to-day civil maintenance activities
- Inspecting buildings, roads, drainage systems, and structural elements
- Planning and managing preventive and corrective maintenance work
- Coordinating with MEP teams, contractors, and site staff
- Handling repairs, refurbishments, and urgent maintenance issues
- Ensuring all work meets safety standards and quality requirements
- Keeping records, reports, and maintenance documentation up to date
- Identifying potential risks and fixing issues before they become major problems
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- 4–6 years of GCC experience in civil maintenance or facility management
- Good understanding of building maintenance and infrastructure systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with different teams
- Valid Qatar driving license is a plus
- Comfortable communicating in English (Arabic is an added advantage)
