Job Description
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-focused Admin / Finance Accountant to become part of our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with numbers while also handling day-to-day administrative responsibilities in a smooth and organized way.
If you have experience in accounting and feel confident managing financial records, coordinating with different stakeholders, and keeping operations running efficiently, this could be a great next step in your career.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling Financial Records:
You’ll take care of recording transactions such as trades, dividends, and interest income, making sure everything is accurate and up to date. - Supporting Financial Reporting:
Assist in preparing reports, tracking expenses, and helping the team stay on top of budgets and financial planning. - Managing Administrative Tasks:
Keep company documents organized, handle important paperwork, and coordinate with auditors, banks, and other external partners. - Working on Audits & Compliance:
Support audit processes by providing the required financial data on time and ensuring everything is in line with regulations. - Using ERP & Excel Tools:
Work with ERP systems and Excel to manage financial data efficiently and improve reporting processes. - Coordinating with Stakeholders:
Communicate with custodians, auditors, and regulatory bodies to ensure everything runs smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Around 3–5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in investment firms, banking, or private equity in Saudi Arabia
- CME-1 certification is a big plus (and may be required for certain roles)
- Good hands-on experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel
- Fluency in English is required, and Arabic skills will definitely give you an advantage
- Strong attention to detail, good organization skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks comfortably
