Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Foreman to join their team. This role is best suited for someone who is confident handling site activities, leading a team, and ensuring mechanical works are completed smoothly and on time.
If you have solid GCC experience in MEP projects and enjoy working in a fast-paced construction environment, this could be a great opportunity for you.
Mechanical Foreman – Qatar
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day mechanical work on-site and making sure everything runs according to plan.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supervising mechanical installations such as HVAC, piping, ducting, plumbing, and firefighting systems
- Assigning daily tasks to workers and ensuring productivity on site
- Coordinating with engineers and other teams to keep work on track
- Checking that all work meets quality standards and safety regulations
- Reading and following technical drawings and project plans
- Managing materials and ensuring everything needed is available on time
- Solving on-site issues quickly and efficiently
- Keeping track of progress and reporting updates to management
What we’re looking for
- ITI or Diploma in Mechanical or a related field
- 5–7 years of GCC experience in MEP projects
- Good knowledge of HVAC, piping, and mechanical systems
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
- Basic understanding of drawings and site execution
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Qatar driving license is a plus
