Job Description
We are currently looking for a talented and experienced MEP Draftsman to join our team in Qatar. If you have a strong background in MEP drafting and enjoy working on real-time projects with engineering teams, this could be a great opportunity to grow your career in the GCC.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing MEP shop drawings and as-built drawings
- Creating layouts for HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and electrical systems
- Updating drawings based on site changes and feedback from engineers or consultants
- Coordinating with different teams to avoid design clashes
- Making sure all drawings follow project standards and local regulations
- Keeping drawing records organized and up to date
- Supporting the team with quick revisions and technical inputs when needed
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in MEP drafting
- GCC experience is preferred (Qatar experience is a strong plus)
- Good working knowledge of AutoCAD (Revit or BIM knowledge is an advantage)
- Basic understanding of MEP systems and construction practices
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Valid Qatar driving license is a plus
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an added benefit)
Added Advantage
- Experience with BIM or coordination tools
- Familiarity with standards like HVAC and firefighting systems
- Ability to handle deadlines and work in a team environment
