Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced Civil Foreman to join our team in Qatar. If you have solid GCC experience and a strong background in handling site operations, this could be a great opportunity to grow your career in a professional and fast-paced environment.
About the Role
As a Civil Foreman, you will be responsible for managing daily site activities, guiding workers, and making sure all civil works are completed safely, on time, and as per project requirements. You will play an important role in keeping the project running smoothly from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily construction and maintenance work at the site
- Supervise workers and coordinate with subcontractors
- Ensure all work follows approved drawings and project plans
- Monitor site progress and maintain productivity
- Maintain safety standards and quality control at all times
- Coordinate with engineers and project teams
- Identify and solve on-site issues quickly
- Keep records of daily progress and site activities
- Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and manpower
What We’re Looking For
- ITI or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field
- 5–7 years of GCC experience in civil construction or maintenance
- Strong experience in handling site teams and supervision
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and plans
- Good knowledge of construction practices and safety standards
- Qatar driving license is an added advantage
- Basic English communication skills required (Arabic is a plus)
