We’re currently looking for an experienced Chief Surveyor / Survey Engineer to join a major 5-star hotel construction project in Medina, Saudi Arabia. What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and managing all day-to-day surveying work on-site
- Guiding survey teams and ensuring work is completed accurately and on time
- Handling setting-out, levelling, gridlines, and structural alignment
- Checking drawings and verifying measurements before execution
- Using equipment like Total Station, GPS, and Auto Level confidently
- Preparing as-built records and keeping survey documentation updated
- Working closely with engineers, consultants, and project managers
- Making sure all work meets project standards and safety requirements
- Spotting and resolving any measurement or layout issues early
What We’re Looking For
- Solid experience as a Chief Surveyor or Survey Engineer in Saudi Arabia or GCC
- Background in 5-star hotel, high-rise, or large-scale construction projects
- Strong understanding of surveying methods and site execution
- Confidence in handling modern surveying tools and equipment
- Ability to lead a team and manage site responsibilities independently
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Added Advantage
- Experience in luxury or mega construction projects
- Familiarity with software like AutoCAD or Civil 3D
- Good coordination skills with multi-disciplinary teams
