What You’ll Be Doing
- Setting up and maintaining practical HSE systems and site safety procedures
- Making sure all work aligns with Saudi safety regulations and international standards
- Carrying out regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
- Leading incident investigations and putting preventive actions in place
- Conducting safety trainings, inductions, and toolbox talks
- Working closely with engineers, supervisors, and contractors to maintain safety on-site
- Monitoring daily site activities and ensuring everyone follows safety guidelines
- Keeping clear and accurate reports, records, and compliance documents
- Encouraging a strong, proactive safety-first culture across the workforce
What We’re Looking For
- Solid experience as an HSE Manager in Saudi Arabia or GCC construction projects
- Background in high-rise buildings or 5-star hotel construction projects
- Good understanding of construction safety practices and risk management
- Certifications like NEBOSH, IOSH, or similar are highly valued
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to handle large teams and busy construction environments
